Week 1: January 12 - January 18
First week back from Winter Break and I am feeling great! Over the past month or so, I have been able to recharge and prepare on finishing out my Associates Degree at UC Blue Ash. This is my last full semester at UC Blue Ash and I intend to make some awesome lasting memories with the company of my friends and coworkers.
I did several Ambassador Events this week. I staffed two SOL Information Meetings, worked two welcome desk shifts, and then worked a high school campus visit.
I provided servant leadership by helping my peers navigate their way on campus this week. We had many new faces around and I was able to assist many different people on where to go for class. I also juggled maintaining three positions for the college - Ambassador, SOC, and Admissions Student Worker. I have put on many hats this week, but I love being involved and staying busy!
Classes have been going great! I am enrolled in Spanish II, Research Methods and Statistics II, Race and Environmental Studies, and Abnormal Psychology. I am interested in the different content I will be learning this semester.
