Whew! This week flew by. Time really does fly when you're having fun. This was one of my busiest weeks so far at UCBA. I completed five ambassador events, one welcome desk shift, and multiple Admissions shifts.

This week, I tabled for the affinity groups Penny War! The different alliance groups were having a friendly competition to see who could gain the most points (coins) and the group with the most points, will win a surprise! All funds are donated to a foundation that helps treat alcoholism in LGBTQ+ teenagers. The Penny War has raised a ton of money so far! I also got to facilitate English Conversation Group and we played Taboo! This is a great club for students who want more exposure to English conversations. I then went to help check students into the Radiation Tech information session. On Saturday, we all served at Open House, which was my biggest contribution thus far, as I am the Admissions liaison.

I believe I acted as a servant leader this week by going to so many different events despite having picked up another job outside the university. I have also faced many personal challenges this week, but was able to keep level headed and make sure I fulfilled my role to make Open House as much of a success as I could personally contribute. Life doesn't stop for anyone and sometimes you have to keep running against your own time and personal battles.

Class was very laid back this week, as we are starting new chapters of material in each course because we took plenty of exams and quizzes last week. I am excited to do research for my Development course paper and to learn more about Chi-Square testing in Research Methods.
