Week 4: February 2 - February 8
This week was a lot calmer than I anticipated! Luckily, I scheduled out my week to be time-effective. I had one welcome desk shift and the Dean's Advisory Board Meeting. I had a lot of SOL interviews for my SOC position as well. It has been a great week that is setting the foundation for future endeavors of these amazing programs.
I was a leader on campus by attending our 2nd Dean's Advisory Board Meeting of the school year. I represent the UCBA student population during these meetings and get to connect with important people who support our college.
In Race and Environment, we talked about our Field Trip over the weekend. We visited Lower Price Hill and are contributing to the creation of a community grocery store in their town, as they currently have no fresh food markets. In Research Methods, we are learning about Scale Development and are prepping for our two part exam starting this Friday. For Spanish, we are learning about articles of clothing, names of body parts, and presented a slide show about what we used to do when we were younger.
